Negative keywords allow you to advise Appointment Reminder not to insert a reminder from a Google Calendar Event.

Anytime Appointment Reminder finds a negative keyword in the Title or Description of the Google Calendar event Appointment Reminder will ignore the event and not insert a reminder.

You might use negative keywords for personal appointments, when a customer has requested not to be sent reminder or any other type of appointment that doesn't require reminder.

The default negative keyword is 'nosend', this was added to your schedule automatically.  If you wish to edit or add your negative keywords you can use the instructions below.

  • Login into Appointment Reminder

  • Go to Schedules 

  • Choose your Google Calendar by clicking edit.


  • Enter the negative keywords you would like Appointment Reminder to monitor

  • Click Save
